MANAS NATIONAL PARK, ASSAM

Manas National Park is one of the most popular National Parks in North East India which is situated in the foothills of Himalaya. It is located in the state of Assam spreading in the districts of Baksa, Bajali, Darrang, Chirang and Bongaigaon. Some parts of this National Park also lies in Bhutan. Manas National Park is mainly famous for Deers, Peacocks, One-horned Rhinos, Wild Asian Buffalos, Royal Bengal Tigers, etc.
