Please read my Poem based on the concept of Independence which I've composed for the occasion of Independence Day : The Aura of Independence
The Aura Of Independence
It’s not simply a feeling,
It’s not just an emotion,
It’s the Aura of Independence,
That has broken the chains of
bondage,
And created the ambience of liberty;
By making us free from all sorts of
confusions and doubts,
It has really provided us the
freedom,
To breath the fresh air of peace and
joy,
And returned our priviledges with
such a splendour;
By letting us explore each and every
dimension of our lives,
It has made us realise our inner
capabilities,
Of choosing and chasing our own
dreams and desires,
Thus planting a belief in our minds,
That we are the only rulers of our
own respective empires;
And we are fortunate enough to born
in this era of independence,
That has been gifted by our
courageous ancestors,
Through their sacrifices and
compromises,
Followed with such glories and
victories,
Which are clearly depicted in our
golden history;
But there’s just one request at the
end,
Please cooperate in utilising this
independence,
In the most creative and brilliant
way,
And conserve it with safety and
security for our future generations.
